Understand first. Then make it work.
Complex IT landscapes rarely emerge from a single cause. They grow with requirements, people, processes and technology. My work therefore starts by listening and creating structure: What really matters? Where are the dependencies? What needs to work reliably every day?
From that clarity come target pictures, sound decisions and solutions that are not only technically clean, but also operable and understandable.

Client and project assignments
